Our old factory carries the sweat and glory of the past, while the new one represents future hope and opportunity. Tracing Our History
Foshan Yongdao Aluminium Co., Ltd. is located in Foshan City, China. Our factory was established in 2010, boasting a professional sales team of over 80 people, more than 15 extrusion production lines, and our own factory spanning over 85,000 square meters.We are a high-tech group enterprise with modern capabilities in aluminum profile extrusion, surface treatment, and deep processing.
Production Workshops
Extrusion Production Workshop
As the starting point of our industry, our extrusion production workshop is where the "skeleton of aluminum" takes shape. Here, molten aluminum ingots, under the precise cutting force of tonnage-level pressure, traverse precision molds and are instantly transformed into a myriad of forms. From the sleek lines of architectural curtain walls to the robust frameworks of industrial equipment, each extruded profile is meticulously crafted, laying the foundation for the exceptional performance of our products. With industry-leading large-tonnage extrusion presses and mold design capabilities, we ensure that every profile meets the most stringent design and engineering requirements—ranging from cross-sectional precision to mechanical performance. This marks the solid first step of our comprehensive industrial chain strength.
Electrophoretic Coating and Spray Painting Workshop
In the electrophoretic spraying workshop, we give aluminum alloy lines a skin texture by coating them with a delicate and durable surface: the matte texture of the ceiling lines, the modern color of the wall panel series, the fusion tone of the skirting line and space, and the pure coating of the LED line light shell. Not only beautiful, but also endows the product with the ability to resist daily wear and environmental impact for a long time, allowing the design to maintain its initial texture over time.
CNC Machining Workshop
The CNC machining workshop adopts digital intelligent machine tools to perform precise cutting, drilling, and milling of profiles under the precise instructions of computer programs. We ensure millimeter level splicing of every ceiling series, every wall panel line, and every skirting line on site with micrometer level accuracy. Especially the precision groove processing of LED line lights allows light to bloom clearly and straight.

We hold BSCI and SGS certificates. Our products have previously been exported to over 100 countries, with our main markets being Europe, Australia, Germany, the Middle East, etc. Our sales exceeded 1 billion RMB in 2024.
