About the Visit
The visiting clients, consisting of long-term partners and prospective buyers from the construction and building materials sectors, expressed a strong interest in our full production chain. Their primary goal was to witness firsthand our advanced manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and the scale of our new factory facility, which became operational recently.
Tour of the Production Workshops
The factory tour was the core of their visit, allowing them to engage directly with our production environment.
Extrusion Production Workshop: The visit started here, where the "skeleton of aluminum" takes shape. Clients observed our large-tonnage extrusion presses in operation and showed great interest in our mold design capabilities. They were particularly impressed by how we transform aluminum ingots into precise profiles for curtain walls, industrial frames, and our tile trim products, noting the consistency and precision critical for their projects.
Electrophoretic Coating and Spray Painting Workshop: In this workshop, we demonstrated how we give aluminum products their durable and aesthetic finish. We explained the advantages of our surface treatment technologies, which ensure products like ceiling lines, wall panels, skirting lines, and LED light housings resist wear and corrosion. The clients appreciated the variety of textures and colors available, which meet diverse design requirements.
CNC Machining Workshop: The precision of our digital CNC machining centers captured our visitors' attention. They saw how computer-programmed machines perform precise cutting, drilling, and milling. The meticulous groove processing for our LED line lights and the millimeter-perfect fabrication for other profiles demonstrated our commitment to precision, which is vital for on-site installation and final application performance.
Meeting and Discussion
Following the tour, a dedicated meeting was held in our conference room. Our sales and technical teams presented our latest product catalog, discussed market trends in Europe and the Middle East, and addressed specific technical inquiries. The clients shared valuable feedback from their markets, and both sides explored opportunities for new product development tailored to regional needs. Our BSCI and SGS certificates, along with our history of exporting to over 100 countries, further reinforced their confidence in a long-term partnership.
